The Facilities
We have 40 individual kennels, each big enough to accommodate up to 4 dogs, so your babies do not have to be separated. Socialised kitties can go in the General Kitten House, however, each one has his own room to sleep in, and older kitties can be accommodated separately in the VIP section. We do not mix cats from different families.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit of is due at the time of booking and full payment is due on arrival. Sorry we don't have credit or debit card facilities. Additional costs like flea and worm treatments and veterinary bills must be settled on the day of collection. Our standard food is wet food once a day at night, and dry food during the day. All food is served in stainless steel bowls for health and hygiene reasons. Special diets and medication can be catered for, just bring it with you and it will be kept separate and labelled in a safe place. Although we can provied bedding we advise you to bring their blanket along so that they feel at home. Please note that no dog or cat will be checked in without proof of their most recent vaccinations, no exceptions.
